Editor’s Note: Ordinance No. 714, § 1, approved 9-9-1992, amended Ch. 2 by repealing former Art. V, which consisted of §§ 2-23 through 2-25.1, pertained to the Buildings Commissioner and derived from Ord. No. 453, § 1 (2-19 through 2-22), approved 6-5-1983. In addition, Ord. No. 714 provided for the expansion of title of Commissioner of Public Health to Commissioner of Public Health/Director of Municipal Inspections.
