The Sealer of Weights and Measures shall care for and carefully preserve all the standard weights and measures owned by the City, and shall provide suitable protection therefor. He shall keep in his file a descriptive list of all weights and measures which are the property of the City. The Sealer of Weights and Measures shall annually make a report of the transactions of the Sealer of Weights and Measures to the Mayor and City Council. The Sealer of Weights and Measures shall be supervised by the Building Commissioner or his designee. The Building Commissioner will supervise the activities of the Sealer of Weight and Measures.

Such section was derived from Ord. No. 455, § 1, adopted 6-8-1983, and was repealed by Ord. No. 750, § 1, approved 5-25-1994.
