The Borough of Trainer and all persons, partnerships, associations,
corporations and other entities shall comply with any and all waste
recycling requirements imposed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
and/or by federal legislation.

Any person, firm or corporation or other entity who violates
or neglects to comply with the requirements of this article shall,
upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine not to exceed $600.
