[By Resolution No. 915, adopted 1-11-1972, the Council of the Borough of West View provided that
the Borough join the Department of Health of Allegheny County. The
effect of this resolution was to abolish the Borough's Department
of Health and Board of Health and to authorize the County Department
of Health to exercise any of the public health functions vested in
the Borough by law.]
