No Class A, Class B, Class B-Limited, Class C, Class D, Class
E, or Class J license issued pursuant to the provisions of R.I.G.L.
Chapter 3-7 ("Retail Licenses") shall be granted to any applicant
who proposes to use and/or operate under said license at a location
which is within the same building and is within 200 feet of any portion
of the premises of a child-care provider and/or child-placing agency.
