A. For the
purpose of this bylaw the Town of Millville is divided into the following
districts:

B. Overlay districts. To carry out the purposes of this Zoning Bylaw, the Town of Millville is also divided into the following districts that overlay the districts established in Subsection
A above: Renewable Energy Overlay District; Map No. 120, Parcel No. 28; Map No. 127, Parcel No. 1; Map No. 122, Parcel No. 8; Map No. 122, Parcel No. 9; Map No. 122, Parcel No. 10; Map No. 122, Parcel No. 10.1; and further, to amend the Zoning Map of Millville, Massachusetts, to include Parcel Numbers 8, 9, 10, and 10.1 on Assessors Map 122 in the Renewable Energy Overlay District.

The districts listed in §
100-201 above are located and bounded as shown on a map entitled "ZONING MAP OF MILLVILLE, MASSACHUSETTS," dated July, 1, 2018, and on file in the office of the Town Clerk.
When a district boundary line divides any lot in one ownership
of record at the time such line is adopted, a use that is permitted
on one portion of the lot may be extended 30 feet into the other portion,
provided the first portion includes the required frontage.
