The following sports equipment is hereby prohibited from being used in and on any public street, roadway or right-of-way of the Township of Berlin:
A. 
Basketball poles and/or nets.
B. 
Bases of any type.
C. 
Goals and other type netting, i.e., hockey, soccer.
D. 
Similar type sports equipment.
Any person who shall violate any of the terms or provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, forfeit and pay a fine of not more than $50 for a first offense and $200 for each subsequent offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs and/or continues.

A. 
No person or persons shall obstruct any street or streets or alley with any encumbrance whatsoever, unless as otherwise expressly permitted herein, nor shall any person or persons operate a vehicle upon a street or alley in such a way as to interfere with the efficient flow of traffic.
B. 
Any person or persons violating this section of this article shall, upon conviction, be punishable by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
