GENERAL REFERENCES

It is the determination of the Mayor and Council of the Township
of Berlin that the various fees, deposits or other payments required
to be made for licenses or permits issued by the Township or for services
rendered by the Township, all of which have been provided for by ordinances
of the Township, shall be removed from the various ordinances in which
they originally appeared, which ordinances have for the most part
become chapters of the Code of the Township of Berlin, and shall be
compiled into this chapter of the Code entitled "Fees." It is the
determination of the Mayor and Council that the listing of these fees
and deposits in a single chapter will make for ease in reference and
will facilitate future revision of such fees and deposits.
Any fee set forth herein, the authority for which is not otherwise
established elsewhere in the Code is hereby authorized by the enactment
of this chapter, it being the intent that all fees set forth herein
shall be deemed authorized, whether or not the right to collect the
fee is set forth elsewhere in the Code.
A fee of $5 shall be charged to a mortgage company, mortgagee,
servicing organization or property tax processing organization in
order for the Township of Berlin Tax Collector to provide a first
duplicate copy of a tax bill to said entity. A fee of $25 shall be
charged for each subsequent duplicate copy of the same tax bill in
the same tax year provided to said entity.
A fee of $10 shall be charged to any person in order for the
Clerk of the Township of Berlin to issue a certified copy of any birth
certificate or marriage certificate.
A fee of $5 shall be charged to any person in order for the
Clerk of the Township of Berlin to issue a certified copy of any death
certificate.
A fee of $10 shall be charged to any person in order for the
Clerk of the Township of Berlin to issue an initial or certified copy
of a domestic partnership certificate.
A. All requests for discovery in matters pending in the Berlin Township
Municipal Court shall be submitted through the Municipal Prosecutor.
B. The following fees shall be payable by the requestor to the Township
of Berlin for the discovery provided:
(1) For each of the first 10 pages photocopied: $0.75 per page.
(2) For each of the next 10 pages photocopied: $0.50 per page.
(3) For each of the pages photocopied thereafter: $0.25 per page.
(4) Actual postage for any discovery sent by mail.
(5) For each envelope for the discovery sent by mail: $0.25.
(6) Photographs will be photocopied at the rates established herein.
If requests are made for duplicate photographs, the actual cost of
making the photograph will be charged.
(7) Duplication of videotapes constitutes an extraordinary duplication
process and will be charged at the rate of $5 per videotape.
(8) On any item that cannot be photocopied on the Township's machine
or not otherwise provided for in this schedule, the actual cost incurred
in making the copy shall be charged.
C. Where the discovery must be obtained from an entity other than the
Township of Berlin, e.g., another police department, the actual costs
paid to the other entity shall be paid by the requestor.
A. The purpose of this section is to establish policies and procedures
for the collection and distribution of fees associated with the performance
of marriage or civil union ceremonies by the Mayor.
B. A resident of the Township of Berlin seeking to be married or joined
in civil union by the Mayor of the Township of Berlin shall pay to
the Township of Berlin a fee of $150. A person who is not a resident
of the Township of Berlin, seeking to be married or joined in a civil
union by the Mayor of the Township of Berlin, shall pay a fee of $200.
C. The Township fee shall be paid pursuant to §
156-9 for all weddings or civil union ceremonies, by cash or check payable to the Township of Berlin, immediately upon completion of any such wedding or civil union ceremony. Fees collected shall be deposited into the Township's current fund.
D. The Township shall disburse to the Mayor the full amount collected under §
156-9 through the appropriate budget line item and with the appropriate authorization, on a monthly basis.
The Tax Collector of the Township shall mail notice of tax sale
to each interested party by regular or certified mail. The mailing
shall be in lieu of any two publications of the notice. The cost for
the mailing shall not exceed $25 for each notice or mailing for a
particular property. The cost of mailing provided herein shall be
added to the cost of the tax sale in addition to those provided in
N.J.S.A. 54:5-38.
A. The Tax Collector shall charge a lienholder of a tax lien $50, pursuant
to N.J.S.A. 54:5-97.1, for the calculation of the amount due to redeem
a tax lien.
B. Any request for a redemption calculation shall be submitted in writing
to the Tax Collector and must specify the date to be used for the
calculation, which shall be the date of the notice.
C. The fee paid to the municipality shall not become part of the lien
and shall not be passed onto any party entitled to redeem pursuant
to N.J.S.A. 54:5-54.
D. Neither the Tax Collector nor the municipality shall be liable for
an incorrect calculation.
A. The Tax Collector shall provide to any party entitled to redeem a
certificate pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:5-54 two calculations of the amount
required for redemption within a calendar year at no cost. For each
subsequent calculation requested of the Tax Collector by the same
party, the Tax Collector shall charge a fee of $50 pursuant to N.J.S.A.
54:5-54.
B. Any request for a redemption calculation shall be submitted in writing
to the Tax Collector and must specify the date to be used for the
calculation, which shall be the date of the notice.
C. The fee paid to the municipality shall not become part of the lien
and shall not be passed on to any party entitled to redeem pursuant
to N.J.S.A. 54:5-54.
D. Neither the Tax Collector nor the municipality shall be liable for
any incorrect calculation.
Copies of the Code book containing the Code may be purchased
from the Clerk upon the payment of a fee to be set by resolution of
the Mayor and Council, who may also arrange, by resolution, for procedures
for the periodic supplementation thereof.

The rate of payment for such police services shall be at the
following rates:
A. Traffic control: $85 per hour base rate, plus $15 per hour for an
administrative fee.
B. Other police services: $85 per hour base rate, plus $15 per hour
for an administrative fee.
C. Traffic control for Township bid and funded projects: $45 per hour
base rate, without administrative fees.
D. Patrol vehicle: $20 per hour.
A. The initial registration fee for each building shall be $500.
B. The fee for the first renewal is $1,500.
C. The fee for a second renewal is $3,000.
D. The fee for any subsequent renewal beyond the second renewal is $5,000.
The annual license fee for each and every plenary retail consumption
license and plenary retail distribution license shall be paid as outlined
in the chart below:

The annual fee for a club license shall be $150.
A. The fee for all applications for licenses pursuant to Article
I of Chapter
83 shall be $100, which shall include the fee for jukeboxes, which shall also be $100.
B. The fee for a license to operate an automatic amusement device shall
be $20 for each machine.
The renewal license fee for each automatic amusement device
shall be $100 for each device, which shall include the fee for renewal
of a jukebox, which shall also be $100.
A. As a condition of granting an amusement game license, the applicant
therefor shall pay to the Township an annual fee of $25 per game for
games in Certifications 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9.
B. An applicant who is the owner of a recognized amusement park with
an arcade shall pay to the Township an annual fee of $100 for the
first 50 machines in Certification 2, plus an additional fee of $10
per machine for each machine in excess of 50 machines operated or
to be operated at the arcade.
In the event of denial or withdrawal of the application, or
in the event of denial or withdrawal of an application for a state
license filed with the Commission pursuant to N.J.A.C. 13:3-2, Issuance
of Licenses by Commission, the full fee up to $10 or 25% of the fee,
whichever shall be the greater, shall be retained by the Township
as and for an investigation fee, and the remainder of the fee, if
any, shall be refunded to the applicant.
The amendment to license fee is $25.
A. The application processing fee is $50.
B. The annual renewal fee is $30.
The fee to be paid for a dog license issued by the Township
Clerk of the Township of Berlin shall be fixed in the following manner:
A. The registration fee for neutered dogs paid prior to January 31 shall
be $17.80, which amount shall include the registration tag fee of
$1 to be paid to the State of New Jersey.
B. A late charge of $14 shall be imposed for all registrations after
January 31.
C. Pursuant to state statute, a $0.20 surcharge shall be imposed for
a pilot low-cost spay-neuter clinic.
D. Pursuant to state statute, an additional $3 fee shall be imposed
on any dog of reproductive age which has not had its reproduction
capacity permanently altered through sterilization.
A. License fee schedule. A license shall be issued after payment of a fee of $18 for each unneutered cat and $18 for each neutered cat. Persons who fail to obtain a license as required within the time period specified in Chapter
87 will be subject to a delinquent fee of $14.
B. The duplicate license and/or registration sleeve fee is $0.50.
A. The annual license fee for a kennel providing accommodations for
10 or fewer dogs shall be $10, and for more than 10 dogs, $25.
B. The annual license fee for a pet shop shall be $10.
The owner of a licensed establishment shall pay to the Township a reinspection fee of $20 for every reinspection made by each of the persons required to inspect the facility. The reinspection fee shall be payable only where the reinspection is required by reason of a violation of Chapter
99.
Each original and renewal application shall be accompanied by
an annual license fee in the same amount as the mercantile license
fee imposed and assessed by the Township. The fee shall be prorated
when application is made after the beginning of the license year.

A. Building permit fees.
(1) The fee for all construction permits shall be a minimum charge in
the sum of $75 for a basic construction permit covering any or all
permits for building, plumbing systems, mechanical, electrical systems
and fire protection.
(2) Upon the granting of any permit for the erection of a new structure,
fees shall be based upon the volume of the structure. The new construction
fee shall be in the amount of $0.050 per cubic foot of volume for
buildings and structures of all use groups and types of construction.
(3) Fees for renovations, alterations and repairs or site construction
associated with pre-engineered systems of commercial farm buildings,
premanufactured construction, and the external utility connection
for premanufactured construction shall be based upon the estimated
cost of work. The fee shall be in the amount $40 per $1,000. For the
purpose of determining estimated cost, the applicant shall submit
to the department such cost data as may be available, produced by
the architect or engineer of record or by a recognized estimating
firm or by the contractor. A bona fide contractor's bid, if available,
shall be submitted. The department shall make the final decision regarding
the estimated cost.
(4) Fees for additions shall be computed on the basis as for new construction
for the added portion.
(5) Fees for combination renovations and additions shall be computed as the sum of the fees computed separately in accordance with Subsection
A(3) and
(4) above.
(6) The fee for tents in excess of 900 square feet or more than 30 feet
in any dimension shall be $250.
(7) The fee for roofing and siding work completed on structures in Use
Group R-3 and R-5 shall be $75.
(8) The fee for an aboveground pool shall be $200. The fee for an in-ground
swimming pool shall be $300.
(9) The fee for a certificate of occupancy for residential R-3 and R-5
shall be $100. The fee for all other use groups shall be $250.
(10)
The fee for solar in Use Group R-3 and R-5 structures shall
be $300. The fee for resubmission shall be $75 for each discipline.
(11)
The fee for demolition or removal for structures in Use Group
R-3 and R-5 shall be $200. For all other use groups the fee shall
be $500.
(12)
The fee for a retaining wall in Use Group R-3 and R-5 shall
be $75. All other use groups shall be based on the cost of construction.
(13)
The fee for pylon signs shall be a flat fee of $200 for each
sign.
(14)
The fee for ground signs shall be a flat fee of $100 for each
sign.
B. Plumbing permit fees.
(1) The fee shall be in the amount of $20 per fixture, piece of equipment,
or appliance connected to the plumbing system and for each appliance
connected to the gas piping or oil piping system; except
(2) The fee shall be $91 per special device for the following: grease
traps, oil seperators, refrigeration units, utility service connection,
backflow preventers equipped with test ports, steam boilers, hot water
boilers (excluding those for domestic water heating), active solar
systems, sewer pumps, and interceptors.
(3) For cross-connections and backflow preventers that are subject to
annual retesting, the fee shall be $75.
C. Electrical permit fees.
(1) For the first block consisting of one receptacle to 50 receptacles,
fixtures, or devices, the fee shall be $75. For each additional block
consisting of up to 25 receptacles, fixtures, or devices, the fee
shall be $20.
(2) For each motor or electrical device rated from one hp or one kw to
10 hp or 10 kw; for each transformer or generator rated from one kw
or one kilovolt-amps(kva) to 10 kw or 10 kva; for each replacement
of wiring involving one branch circuit or part thereof, each storable
pool or hydromassage bathtub; for each underwater lighting fixture;
for household electric cooking equipment rated up to 16 kw; for each
fire, security, or burglar alarm control unit; for each receptacle
rated from 30 amperes to 50 amperes; for each light standard greater
than eight feet in height, including luminaires; and for each communication
closet, the fee shall be $30.
(3) For each motor or electrical device rated from; 10 hp or 10 kw to
50 hp or 50 kw, and 225 amperes or less, the fee shall be $130; 50
hp or 50 kw to 100 hp or 100 kw, and 226 to 1,000 amperes or less,
the fee shall be $260; greater than 100 hp-100 kw and greater than
1,000 amperes, the fee shall be $1,280.
(4) Electrical work for each permanently installed private swimming pool,
spa, hot tub or fountain shall be charged a flat fee of $150.
(5) The fee for the installation of single- and multiple-station smoke
or heat detectors and fire, burglar or security alarm systems in any
one- or two-family dwelling shall be a flat fee of $75.
(6) The fee for photovoltaic systems shall be as follows:
(a)
One to 50 kilowatts: $130;
(b)
Fifty-one to 100 kilowatts: $260;
(c)
Greater than 100 kilowatts: $1,280.
(7) For fire protection and hazardous equipment, sprinklers, standpipes,
detectors (smoke and heat), pre-engineered supression systems, gas-
and oil-fired appliances not connected to the plumbing system, kitchen
exhaust systems, incinerators, and crematoriums, the fee shall be
as follows:
(a)

The fee for one to 12 detectors shall be $75;

For each 25 detectors in addition to this, the fee shall be
$30.
(c)
The fee for each standpipe shall be $425.
(d)
The fee for each independent pre-engineered system shall be
$240.
(e)
The fee for each gas- or oiled-fired appliance that is not connected
to the plumbing system shall be $90.
(f)
The fee for each kitchen exhaust system shall be $90.
(g)
The fee for the annual electrical inspection per swimming pool,
spa, or hot tub shall be $75.
D. Mechanical permit fees. In Use Group R-3 and R-5, the fee for the
first device is $75, and for each additional device the fee shall
be $25.
The application fee for a lot grading plan shall be $50. The
applicant shall pay the sum of $250 for the grading plan review fee.
In the event a revised grading plan is required, the review fee shall
be $100 for the revised plan.
The application fee for a foundation location plan shall be
$50. The applicant shall pay the sum of $100 for the plan review fee.
In the event a revised foundation location plan is required, the review
fee shall be $100 for the revised plan. In the event a reinspection
is necessary, an additional fee of $100 for the reinspection shall
be paid by the applicant.
The annual building contractor fee is $25.
The license fees to be paid, as hereinbefore provided, to the
Township of Berlin for conducting or engaging in a business, trade
or activity shall be $150 for the initial year and $100 per year for
each succeeding renewal year thereafter. In the event such fees are
not paid on or before the due date thereof, a late fee of $50 shall
be paid in addition to the regular fee.
It shall be the responsibility of the owner or operator of the
business to remit to the Township the sum of 1% of the amount of the
gross ticket sales (e.g., $1 for every $100 of ticket sales) sold
for use of or admission to the facilities or premises.
There shall be imposed a fee of $100 for each initial registration
statement, which shall be due at the time the registration statement
is provided to the Township Clerk. The fee shall be $70 for each succeeding
year. In the event the fee is not paid on or before the due date,
a late fee of $35 shall be paid in addition to the regular fee.
Township Clerk shall provide at a reasonable cost a true copy
of the Drug-Free School Zone Map to any person, agency or court which
may from time to time request such a copy.
Township Clerk shall provide at a reasonable cost a true copy
of the Drug-Free Public Property Zones Map to any person, agency or
court which may from time to time request such a copy.
Township Clerk shall provide at a reasonable cost a true copy
of the Drunk-Driving-Free School Zones Map to any person, agency or
court which may from time to time request such a copy.
At the time any permit is issued in accordance with Chapter
150 the applicant shall post a bond or certified check in accordance with §
150-5.
The permit fees established by the Uniform Fire Code shall be as set forth in Chapter
170 and as may be amended from time to time by the Uniform Fire Safety Act.
The fee for a garage sale license shall be and the same is hereby
fixed at $10.
Every person receiving a junkyard license shall pay to the Township
of Berlin an annual license fee of $50.
The licensee shall pay to the Township of Berlin $5 for each
additional cart, wagon, truck or vehicle.
Any interested party may be charged a fee for reproduction of
the minutes for his use as provided for in the rules of the Board.
Fees for applications or for the rendering of any service by the Planning Board or any member of its administrative staffs, which is not otherwise provided by Chapter
200, may be provided for and adopted as part of the rules of the Board, and copies of said rules or of the separate fee schedule shall be available to the public.
The Board shall not charge more than the maximum permitted in
N.J.S.A. 2B:7-4.
The fee shall be $0.25 per name or $10, whichever is greater.
All persons who have requested a copy of a development application decision shall be subject to the fee(s) prescribed pursuant to §
200-41.
The Township Clerk shall be entitled to demand and receive a reasonable fee, not in excess of those provided in N.J.S.A. 54:5-14 and 54:5-15, for certificates issued in accordance with §
200-66.
Obligors shall reimburse the Township for reasonable inspection fees paid to the Township Engineer in accordance with §
200-85.
The furnishing of guarantees pertaining to final site plan approval and/or recording of subdivision plats shall be in accordance with Chapter
200, and if applicable.

(4) Specialized expert testimony. When the applicant intends to present
specialized expert testimony which is beyond the expertise of the
staff and consultants serving the approving authority, the applicant
shall be required to increase the escrow account by a minimum of $500
for each such expert who will testify, in order to enable the approving
authority to hire expert consultants to review this testimony.
(5) Conditional uses.
(a)
Any conditional use requiring a site plan shall pay the same
fees and escrows as in a major site plan.
(b)
Any conditional use not otherwise requiring a site plan or subdivision
approval:

Escrow amount: $50 per acre, to an initial maximum of $500 for
legal, engineering and planning review.
The applicant shall pay a minimum permit fee of $125.
A. The permit fee for a massage business shall be $200 per year or any
part thereof.
B. The permit fee for masseurs shall be $200 per year or any part thereof.
A. With the exception of nonresident team members, who shall pay a fee
of $50 for each sport for use of the Township's athletic fields and
facilities on an annual basis prior to using, practicing or playing
upon any Township athletic field or facility, members of an official
youth sports organization as recognized by resolution of the Mayor
and Township Council are exempt from all fees. All other persons,
groups or organizations shall be subject to the following fee schedule,
which fees shall be paid prior to receipt of the permit:

A. Every application for a license pursuant to Chapter
239 shall be accompanied by an application fee in the amount of $500.
B. At the time of issuance of a license in accordance with Chapter
239, the licensee shall pay a license fee of $10.
C. The licensee shall pay a fee of $15 for each replacement license
issued by the Township Clerk in the event the licensee requires a
replacement because the original license has been lost or stolen.
The application fee to engage in the business of or to operate
a business as a secondhand dealer is $100.
The fee for each annual license renewal shall be $125.
An application fee of $50 shall be paid to the Township Clerk upon submission of an application for an amended license pursuant to Chapter
244.
The applicant shall pay the sum of $25 per month per trailer/container
to the Township as a permit fee for said trailers/containers.
The statutory fees set forth in N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5b as it presently
exists ($0.05 for letter-sized pages and smaller; $0.07 for legal-sized
pages and larger), or as such fees might appear in future modifications
or amendments to the Open Public Records Act, shall apply to routine requests for public records made
to the Township of Berlin.
A special service charge of $30 per person per hour or the actual
direct cost of labor (if less) shall be imposed for each hour of extraordinary
time predicted to be utilized to respond to the request for photocopying
or production for inspection.
A. Each application for soil removal/resource extraction shall be accompanied
by a nonrefundable application fee in the amount of $500. Said fee
shall cover the cost of investigating and examining the application
and information therein, legal services, notices, hearings and other
processing costs.
B. Any financial surety required for soil removal/resource extraction shall also be posted in accordance with Chapter
262.
There shall be a fee of $100 for all transfers for licenses
for sexually oriented businesses.
A. The application fee for a license shall be $100.
B. All adult bookstores, similar adult uses or sexually oriented businesses
shall be required to pay an annual fee for the license of $100.
A fee of $0.10 per cubic yard of material removed is hereby imposed. The applicant shall also be required to post a performance bond in accordance with Chapter
275.
Occupants shall be charged a fee of $60 for a 64/65 gallon cart
and $70 for a 95/96 gallon cart. If it becomes necessary, an occupant
can purchase a lid for a 64/65 gallon cart for $14 and/or a lid for
a 95/96 gallon cart for $15.
A. For each opening for the repair, reconstruction and/or replacement
of an existing sidewalk, driveway and/or driveway apron, $50 per opening.
B. For each opening for new construction of a sidewalk, curb, street,
driveway, driveway apron and/or for any other opening, $300 per opening.
All applicants are required to post a bond or other form of performance guarantee in accordance with §
289-7 before proceeding to excavate, cut, break into, damage or open any of the roads, streets, avenues, highways and/or rights-of-way of the Township of Berlin or easements granted thereto.
A permit fee of $5 shall be paid for a permit to repair or replace
sidewalks, curbs and driveway aprons. A permit fee of $50 shall be
paid for a permit to construct new sidewalks, curbs or driveway aprons.
A. The fee to be paid for the taxi owner's license shall be the sum
of $25 per year for each vehicle.
B. The fee to be paid for the taxi driver's license shall be the sum
of $3 per year.
C. Licenses granted pursuant to Chapter
299 shall be prorated in accordance with §
299-12.
All applicants shall pay application fees for administrative
expenses associated with processing and application as set annually
by resolution of the governing body. The fee for a renewal application
shall be the same as the fee for a new application.
The governing body shall establish annually, by resolution, the approved towing fees which a licensed tower is permitted to charge. The resolution shall include a list of fees itemized by type of service as outlined in §
304-7.

In the event a vehicle is abandoned due to the death or incapacitation
of the driver or any passenger, a storage fee of no more than $100
shall be charged for the first 72 hours after the vehicle is placed
in the licensed tower's approved storage facility.
A. An administrative fee and administrative costs shall be payable to the Township of Berlin for authorizing the release of towed vehicles. The administrative fee shall be established annual as set forth in §
304-10.
B. A late fee of $20 shall be assessed against a licensed tower as set forth in §
304-10.
B. License fees.
(1) The fee for said license shall be $5 for a one-year period, commencing
on the first day of January of each year.
(2) At the time of application of all existing licenses, the fee shall
be prorated for the balance of the year, so that on January first
next the licensees shall procure a new license and pay the full $200
fee therefor.
(3) All new licenses, regardless of the time of issuance, shall be accompanied
by the $200 fee for the balance of the calendar year. All new licenses
thereafter must, on January first next, obtain a new license and once
again pay the $200 fee therefor.
C. Transfer location application fee: $25.
D. Transfer to other person, corporation or other legal entity fee:
$25.
The fee for turning on water service is $5.
The fee for restoration of service after water shut off is $5.
The application fee for connection to the sewage collection
system is $5.
A connection charge shall be imposed for each sewer connection, with said connection fee to be determined per domestic consumer unit or equivalent domestic consumer unit in accordance with the schedules outlined in §
333-11.
The sewer connection fee for the Township of Berlin shall be paid as set forth in §
333-16 and as may be amended in accordance with public hearings required by law.
Turn-on fee is a minimum of $25 payable to Berlin Borough.
A. A. The fee for inspection, as required in the schedule listed, will
be the same as the plumbing fee in force at the time of the requested
or required inspection. The minimum fee will include the first three
interceptors at one location prepared and ready for inspection. Other
interceptors that are prepared and ready for inspection at the same
time, and are in excess of the first three units, will be inspected
at an additional fee of 1/2 the minimum fee for each additional interceptor.

(2) The above schedule may be altered by the Plumbing Subcode Official
and/or such other employee of the Department of Public Works as designated
by the Director if deemed necessary. The owner, lessee, or assignee
shall be notified, in writing, of any scheduled change.
The permit fee to erect a fence, wall or fence-like or wall-like
structure shall be in an amount to be set by resolution of the governing
body on a periodic basis.
Annual maintenance inspection fee for all approved commercial
antennas and/or similar type towers, pole antennas, dish satellites
or similar structures: $500.
The fee for a construction permit for commercial antennas and/or
similar type towers, pole antennas, dish satellites or similar structures
shall be set at $500.
Commercial sale license fee: $25.
A. Certificate of occupancy fee for all single-family residential dwellings
and all residential living units: $65.
B. Certificate of occupancy fee for all commercial units: $120.
C. Continuing certificate of occupancy fee for a commercial establishment:
$60.
D. Continuing certificate of occupancy fee for an apartment unit: $30.
E. Certificate of compliance fee shall be set by resolution of the governing
body.
A. For the examination of any applicant for license as a master plumber:
$15.
B. For the issuance and annual renewal of a license as a master plumber:
$25.
C. For the filing of plans for proposed plumbing work: $2.
D. For the issuance of a permit for proposed plumbing construction or
alteration: $10; provided, however, that an additional fee of $0.50
per fixture is hereby established for each fixture above 10 proposed
in the approval plan for construction or alteration.
E. For the issuance of a permit for the replacement of a plumbing fixture:
no fee.
F. For each reinspection of plumbing work caused by the failure of the
licensee to comply with the provisions of the code or permit issued:
$2.50.
The following fees and charges are herewith established:
A. For the filing of an application and plans for a permit to locate
and construct a water supply: $10.
B. For the filing of an application and plans for a permit to alter
an existing water supply: $10.
C. For the issuance of a permit to locate and construct or alter a water
supply: $10.
D. For each reinspection of a water supply, or part thereof, caused
by the failure of the permittee to locate and construct or alter the
same in accordance with the terms of the permit issued or the terms
of the aforesaid code, an inspection fee of $10 shall be charged.
