No permittee shall have an exclusive right to any location on
public property or along the public streets or highways.
No person shall be permitted to conduct activities at a stationary
location upon the travelled portion of a street or highway.
No person shall conduct activities in a congested area where
his activities may impede, interfere with or inconvenience the free
flow of pedestrian or vehicular traffic or create a hazard to the
flow or movement of said traffic.
Every person who is issued a permit pursuant to the provisions
of this chapter shall conduct himself according to the following rules
and regulations:
A. He shall not enter or attempt to enter the house of any resident
of Marlborough Township without an express invitation from the occupant
of the house.
B. He shall not conduct himself in a manner that is objectionable or
annoying to the occupant of any house or the owner of any property.
C. In general, all permittees and any vehicles used by them in the course
of the licensed activity shall fully comply with all of the provisions
of this chapter and other applicable municipal ordinances as well
as all applicable state laws and regulations, particularly those which
deal with the protection of the public health, safety and welfare.
