Wherever a space is marked off on any street for the parking
of an individual vehicle, every vehicle parked there shall be parked
wholly within the lines bounding that space, and it shall be a violation
of this Part for any person to park a vehicle or allow it to remain
parked otherwise.

Parking shall be prohibited at all times in the following locations:
1. Whenever indicated by no parking signs that state: "No Parking Here
to Corner."
A. No parking shall be permitted on the below-listed streets when designated
by "No Parking Here to Corner" signs on the side of the street that
said sign is erected from the point of the intersection of said street
with Route 18, a distance of 32 feet.

2. There shall be no parking of any motor vehicles on the southern side
of Florence Avenue as it extends from the Burgettstown Borough line
in a western direction to the Pennsylvania Game Lands. Any person
or entity violating this subsection, upon conviction, shall be sentenced
to pay a fine of $50, plus any and all court costs. Additionally,
any vehicle which is parked in violation hereof shall also be subject
to towing at the cost and expense of the owner.

It shall be unlawful for any person to park, or to allow to

The following are established as special purpose parking zones,
and it shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle or to allow
it to remain parked, in any such zone, except as specifically provided
for that zone:

It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand or park a
vehicle (other than a pedalcycle) on the roadway side of any vehicle
stopped or parked at the edge or curb of any street, except that standing
or parking for the purpose of loading or unloading persons or property
shall be permitted Monday through Saturday, between the hours of 9:00
a.m. and 11:30 a.m. and between the hours of 1:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.,
and for no longer than necessary for the loading or unloading.

1. Any person who violates any provision of this Part shall, upon conviction,
be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $15 and costs, provided
that it shall be the duty of the police officers and of parking enforcement
personnel of the Township to report to the appropriate official all
violations of any provision of this Part, indicating, in each case:
the section violated; the license number of the vehicle involved in
the violation; the location where the violation took place; and any
other facts that might be necessary in order to secure a clear understanding
of the circumstances attending the violation. The police officer or
other person making the report shall also attach to or place upon
every such vehicle a notice stating that the vehicle was parked in
violation of this Part. The notice shall contain instructions to the
owner or driver of the vehicle that if he will report to the office
of the Chief of Police and pay the sum of $5 within 48 hours after
the time of the notice, or if he will place the sum of $5, enclosed
within the envelope provided, in any of the special parking fine boxes
installed at various locations within the Township, that act will
save the violator from prosecution and from payment of the fine and
costs prescribed in the first sentence of this section.
2. Any person who violates § 403 above, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of $50 and costs. Additionally, any vehicle which is parked in violation of § 403 above shall also be subject to the remedies and sanctions contained in Part
5 pertaining to removal and impoundment of illegally parked vehicles and therein, shall in addition to the fines and costs imposed in this Section, shall be subject to the same sanctions or penalties as contained in Part
5.
