Editor's Note: The Township, by ordinance, has approved agreements with other entities for sewer service, as follows: (1) Agreement for treatment of sewage by East Norriton-Plymouth Joint Sewer Authority from systems to be constructed in portions of Townships of East Norriton and Plymouth, Ord. No. 330, adopted September 14, 1959; (2) Sewer system plan in and for Sewer District No. 1 submitted by Plymouth Township Municipal Authority, Ord. No. 343, adopted February 25, 1960; (3) Lease of system constructed pursuant to plan approved by Ord. No. 343, Ord. No. 422, approved, February 18, 1964; approval of amendment to agreement authorized by Ord. No. 330, Ord. No. 497, approved November 14, 1966.
