authorizing the proper officers of the Township to execute and deliver
appropriate legal documents, including a deed, bill of sale and an
assignment, to effect a transfer of existing water district lines
and extensions thereof comprising the distribution system in Hampton
Township by the Board of Supervisors of Hampton Township to the Hampton
Township Municipal Authority; authorizing the Hampton Township Authority
to engage in the production and distribution of pressure water within
the Township of Hampton to the residents and industries thereof; authorizing
the proper officers of the Township of Hampton to enter into and execute
an agreement with the Hampton Township Municipal Authority in the
manner and form provided herein and subject to the terms and conditions
herein provided; and authorizing the Hampton Township Municipal Authority
to lay and construct water lines over, under, through and upon any
and all of the streets, lanes, alleys, avenues, drives, roads and
highways of the Township without posting bond or securing permits
therefor, and to erect buildings and use lands necessary to carry
out their lawful purposes without securing use, building or zoning
permits
