The monthly remuneration paid to members of Council shall equal
$200 per month ($2,400 annually), the Controller, $208.33 monthly
($2,500 annually), and the Council President, $208.33 monthly ($2,500
annually).
This article shall go into effect on January 1, 2003 and is
applicable to those members of Council and the Controller elected
into office after said date.
