There is created an Industrial and Business Advisory Commission
consisting of 14 members, including the Commissioner of Accounts and
Finance as an ex officio member. The Commission shall be officially
known as the "Coal City Business and Industrial Advisory Commission."

The President shall appoint, with the advice and consent of
the Village Board, the members of the Commission and shall designate
a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary.
The Commission shall use its best efforts to promote the establishment
of business and industry in the Village. The Village Board may transfer
sufficient funds to pay the ordinary and necessary expenses of the
Commission. The Commission shall render an annual report of the activities
of the Commission.
The members of the Industrial and Business Advisory Commission
shall serve without compensation.
