An alleged violation of any section of the State of Illinois Vehicle Code enumerated in §
70-2 shall be considered a violation of this article and shall be subject to administrative adjudication pursuant to the provisions of Title III, Chapter
41, of the Village Code. Those violations that relate to parking, standing or vehicle compliance shall be subject to adjudication under the provisions of Section 11-208.3 of the Illinois Vehicle Code.
The Code Administrator set forth in §

For adjudication of all parking, standing and vehicle compliance violations, notices shall be given as provided in Section 11-208.3 of the Illinois Vehicle Code.

70-2 in another manner allowed by law.
Whenever there is a conflict between provisions of the Illinois Vehicle Code enumerated in §
