Every person operating a motorcycle shall be granted all of
the rights and shall be subject to all of the duties applicable to
the driver of any other vehicle under this Title VII, except as to
those provisions of this Title VII which by their nature can have
no application.
No person riding upon a motorcycle shall attach himself or herself
to any other vehicle on a roadway.
Any person who operates a motorcycle on one wheel is guilty of reckless driving as set out in Chapter
76.
