The business registration form shall be obtained from and submitted
to the Village Clerk or his or her designee. Upon receipt of a completed
registration form, the Village Clerk or his or her designee shall
then provide one copy to the applicable fire protection district,
one copy to the Coal City Police Department and shall keep the original
in the Village's registration file. At said time, the Village
Clerk or his or her designee shall also take action to cause said

the inspection, the Village shall provide the applicant with a written
report listing any code violations and establishing a timetable for

Village code, building code or other zoning ordinance provisions.
It shall be the duty of any person conducting a business in
the Village to keep said business registration posted in a prominent
