To adapt to changing development conditions and provide for
the phased implementation of the Village Comprehensive Plan, the Village
Board may from time to time amend the provisions of the text of this
chapter, or the Zoning District Map, as provided by state law.
Amendments shall be approved only in conformance with the approval process provided in §
156-27 and the approval criteria in Table 26.
As provided by state law, no amendment to this chapter shall
be approved within six months of its adoption except by a two-thirds
vote of the Village Board.
