[Adopted 2-6-2012 by L.L. No. 2-2012]
The appointed position of Acting Village Justice may be filled
with any qualified person having residency in the Village of Carthage
or within the County of Jefferson or the County of Lewis. This law
specifically supersedes the requirement of Village Law § 3-300(2).
