It shall be the duty of the Zoning Administrator/Code Enforcement
Officer or his/her designee to enforce this chapter.
No building or land shall be used or occupied, nor may a use
of a building or land be converted or changed, in whole or in part,
until a certificate of zoning compliance, variance or applicable permit
has been issued therefor by the City. The Zoning Administrator/Code
Enforcement Officer shall maintain a record of all certificates of
zoning compliance, variances, and permits, and copies shall be furnished
upon request to any person for the cost of reproduction.
The Zoning Administrator/Code Enforcement Officer may, at his/her
discretion, require affidavits, disclosure statements, deed restrictions
or other legal documents to ensure compliance with the provisions
of this chapter. Such documents may be approved for use in specific
cases by the City Attorney.
