Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the intersection of those streets, and shall be of a type described in Schedule I (§ 325-52).

The use of unmufflered engine brakes within the Village of Lancaster shall be prohibited.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule II (§ 325-53) are hereby designated as one-way streets, and vehicles shall proceed only in the direction indicated.

A. 
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule III (§ 325-54).
B. 
No person operating a tractor-trailer shall make a right turn from Central Avenue onto Palmer Place.
The turning of vehicles so as to proceed in the opposite direction (otherwise known as a "U-turn") is hereby prohibited on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§ 325-55).
The intersections described in Schedule V (§ 325-56) are hereby designated as stop intersections, and stop signs shall be erected as indicated.
The intersections described in Schedule VI (§ 325-57) are hereby designated as school stop intersections, and traffic shall stop as indicated at such times as "Full Stop-School Crossing" signs are displayed.
The intersections described in Schedule VII (§ 325-58) are hereby designated as yield intersections, and yield signs shall be erected as indicated.
The maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along any streets or highways within the Village is hereby established as 30 miles per hour, except as indicated in Schedule VIII (§ 325-59) for those streets or parts of streets described in said schedule.

As the term "school speed limit" is utilized at §§ 1643 and 1180(c) of the Vehicle and Traffic law of the State of New York, a fifteen-mile-per-hour school speed limit shall apply to the following roadways:
A. 
Aurora Street from a point 200 feet northerly of the north building line to a point 255 feet southerly of the south building line of the Aurora Street Middle School.

B. 
North Aurora Street from a point 300 feet northerly of the north building line of St. Mary's Elementary School to a point 240 feet southerly of the south building line of St. Mary's Elementary School.

C. 
Como Park Boulevard from a point on Como Park Boulevard 202 feet west of the center line of Aurora Street to a point on Como Park Boulevard 1,027 feet east of the center line of Aurora Street.

A. 
A truck route system upon which all trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations having a total gross weight in excess of five tons are permitted to travel and operate shall be as set forth in Schedule IX (§ 325-60).
B. 
All trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations having a total gross weight in excess of five tons are hereby excluded from all highways within this Village except those highways listed in Subsection A, except that this exclusion shall not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property along the highway from which such vehicles and combinations are excluded.
The streets or parts of streets designated in Schedule X (§ 325-61) shall have lanes reserved for the use of vehicles as provided in said schedule.

Vehicular traffic facing a steady red signal is hereby authorized to turn right after stopping, in accordance with the provisions of § 1111(d)2 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York, except at those intersections described in § 325-62 in the Village of Lancaster Vehicle and Traffic Code.
