No Township official or employee shall discriminate against
any person in recruitment, selection for employment, training, promotion,
retention, discipline, benefits, conditions of work, or any other
aspect of personnel administration because of race, age, sex, handicap
or national origin. In addition, No Township official or employee
shall discriminate because of physical disability unless physical
abilities constitute genuine job requirements. All officials and employees
shall attempt to make reasonable accommodations to enable otherwise
qualified employees and applicants with disabilities to be employed.
No Township official or employee shall discriminate against
any resident or visitor of the Township because of race, age, sex,
handicap or national origin. All officers and employees shall make
reasonable accommodations in serving the residents and visitors who
are handicapped in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities
Act.
