The Township shall establish a written drug policy pertaining
to the officers, officials and employees. Such policy shall be readily
available to all employees and officials and shall be presented to
each employee upon hire. The drug policy shall be reviewed by the
Supervisors on an annual basis to ensure compliance with federal and
state law and to ensure that all issues are being addressed with the
employees and officials.
