§ 375-97 Enforcement.

It shall be the duty of the Building Inspector to enforce the provisions of this chapter.

§ 375-98 Violation and penalties.

Any person who violates, disobeys, neglects, omits or refuses to comply with, or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a penalty as provided in § 1-3 of the Code of the Village of Hollandale.
