The Tax Collector is hereby authorized by the Borough to collect
and retain fees for the certification of real estate taxes upon property
located within the Borough of Jenkintown. The amount of such fees
shall be authorized by resolution of Borough Council of the Borough
of Jenkintown as may be amended from time to time.
