Peace and good order — See Ch. 184.
No owner or operator of any public place of amusement in the
Town of Brentwood, such as pool halls, bowling alleys, dance halls,
roadhouses, carnivals and the like, nor any other place of public
business not expressly permitted by law to operate all night, shall
permit such place of amusement or business to remain open or engage
in any business after 2:00 a.m.
