Any person or persons violating any provisions of this Chapter or any of the orders, findings, rules or regulations made by the Board of Health for the abatement or removal of any nuisance or for the cleaning or purifying of any building or place or any order or notice concerning the subject matter of this Chapter; or any person who shall leave any quarantined house or place without consent of the Board of Health, or who invades or breaks quarantine, or knowingly conceals a case of contagious, infectious or communicable disease, or who removes, destroys, obstructs from view, or tears down any quarantine card, cloth or notice posted by the attending physician or by the direction of the Board of Health, shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation.

The Board may, when it thinks any building, clothing, putrid or unsound pork, beef, fish, hides, skins of any kind, or any other article found within the City is dangerous to the public health, by resolution direct that the same be destroyed or removed.
