The City Administrator shall at regular
intervals during the months of February and March make the City Hall,
or other suitable location, available for Town Hall meetings dedicated
to a public forum for public presentations or debates by candidates,
questions from the public, and discussion relative to the election.
The City Administrator shall establish rules for such public forums
to ensure equal opportunity of candidates to speak or make presentations
and shall ensure that notice of each such public forum is appropriately
announced.
