Section 500.020 Adoption Of Building Code.

A. The Building Code of the City of Wildwood may be enforced pursuant to the terms of a contractual arrangement entered into between the City of Wildwood and St. Louis County.

B. The Building Code of the City of Wildwood shall be the Building Code, including the Swimming Pool and Spa Code, of St. Louis County, Missouri, as set forth in the Code of St. Louis County, Missouri, Chapter 1115, including the Swimming Pool and Spa Code, Chapter 1118, inclusive and including all appendices, SLCRO 27,654 (Approved December 18, 2019, Adopted April 1, 2020), as amended and on file in the City offices and incorporated herein.

Section 500.035 Adoption Of Residential Code.

A. The Residential Code of the City of Wildwood may be enforced pursuant to the terms of a contractual arrangement entered into between the City of Wildwood and St. Louis County.

B. The Residential Code of the City of Wildwood shall be the Residential Code of St. Louis County, Missouri, as set forth in the Code of St. Louis County, Missouri, Chapter 1116, SLCRO 27,654 (Approved December 18, 2019, Adopted April 1, 2020), as amended and on file in the City offices and incorporated herein by reference.

Section 500.037 Adoption Of Existing Building Code.

A. The Existing Building Code of the City of Wildwood may be enforced pursuant to the terms of a contractual arrangement entered into between the City of Wildwood and St. Louis County.

B. The Existing Building Code of the City of Wildwood shall be the Existing Building Code of St. Louis County, Missouri, as set forth in the Code of St. Louis County, Missouri, Chapter 1117, SLCRO 27,654 (Approved December 18, 2019, Adopted April 1, 2020), as amended and on file in the City offices and incorporated herein by reference.
