A.
The Plumbing Code of the City of Wildwood
may be enforced pursuant to the terms of a contractual agreement entered
into between the City of Wildwood and St. Louis County.
B.
The Plumbing Code of the City of Wildwood
shall be the Plumbing Code of St. Louis County, Missouri, as set forth
in the Code of St. Louis County, Missouri, Chapter 1103, SLCRO 27,424
(Approved June 18, 2019, Adopted October 1, 2019), as amended and
on file in the City offices and incorporated herein by reference.

within the City without a permit being issued therefor and in compliance
with the Plumbing Code.
