A. The Property Maintenance Code of the City
of Wildwood may be enforced pursuant to the terms of a contractual
arrangement entered into between the City of Wildwood and St. Louis
County.
B. The St. Louis County Property Maintenance
Code, as amended by the County of Saint Louis, Missouri, i.e., Property
Maintenance—not including the Residential Reoccupancy Inspection
Requirements (County Ordinance No. 22,316—adopted on May 18,
2005, Ordinance No. 24,440— adopted July 14, 2010), is hereby
respectively adopted as the Property Maintenance Code of the City
of Wildwood, Missouri, as if fully set forth herein and shall be enforced
by the City and its contractual agents as the applicable code, except
as may otherwise conflict with Wildwood City Codes.

A. The following Sections of the Property
Maintenance Code are deleted and substituted and adopted as follows:

1110.020. Scope. The provisions of
this Code shall be effective in all areas within the City of Wildwood.

1110.030. Property Maintenance Code
Adopted. Certain documents, three (3) copies of which were placed
on file in the Office of the Director of Public Works and the Administrative
Director of the County Council, said copies being marked and designated
as the BOCA National Property Maintenance Code, 1990, Third Edition,
as published by the Building Officials and Code Administrators International,
Inc., be and is hereby adopted as the Property Maintenance Code of
Wildwood, Missouri, for the control of property, building and structures
as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions,
penalties conditions, and terms of the BOCA National Property Maintenance
Code, 1990, Third Edition, are hereby referred to, adopted and made
a part hereof, as if fully set out in this Article, with the additions,
insertions, deletions, and changes, prescribed in this Article.

1101.020. Jurisdictional Titles.
Throughout the BOCA National Property Maintenance Code, 1990, Third
Edition, wherever the terms "Name of Jurisdiction" or "Local Jurisdiction"
appear it shall be deemed to mean "St. Louis County, Missouri" or
"City of Wildwood." Likewise wherever the term "Department of Building
Inspection" appears it shall be deemed to mean "Department of Public
Works or its designee." Wherever the term "Code" appears it shall
mean the BOCA National Property Maintenance Code, 1990, as adopted
herein.
