Section 500.110 Adoption Of Property Maintenance Code.

A. The Property Maintenance Code of the City of Wildwood may be enforced pursuant to the terms of a contractual arrangement entered into between the City of Wildwood and St. Louis County.

B. The Property Maintenance Code of the City of Wildwood shall be the Property Maintenance Code, including Residential Re-Occupancy Permits of St. Louis County, Missouri, as set forth in the Code of St. Louis County, Missouri, Chapter 1110, SLCRO 27,617 (Approved December 5, 2019, Adopted April 1, 2020), as amended and on file in the City offices and incorporated herein by reference.
