Section 500.130 Adoption Of Explosives Code.

A. The Explosives Code of the City of Wildwood may be enforced pursuant to the terms of a contractual arrangement entered into between the City of Wildwood and St. Louis County.

B. The Explosives Code of the City of Wildwood shall be the Explosives Code of St. Louis County, Missouri, as set forth in the Code of St. Louis County, Missouri, Chapter 711, SLCRO 22,015 (Approved September 14, 2004), as amended and on file in the City offices and incorporated herein by reference.
