A.
The Explosives Code of the City of Wildwood
may be enforced pursuant to the terms of a contractual arrangement
entered into between the City of Wildwood and St. Louis County.
B.
The Explosives Code of the City of Wildwood
shall be, except as modified by this Article, all such Sections as
set forth in Chapter 711, Sections 711.010 through 711.400, inclusive
including appendices, of the St. Louis County Missouri Code, as amended
by Ordinance No. 17,057 (1994) and Ordinance No. 18,693 (November
6, 1997). The codified Sections are on file in the City offices and
incorporated herein.
