A. Any
person who shall destroy, tear up or otherwise injure any sewer, gutter,
trench or channel dug, made or used for the purpose of carrying off
the water or draining any street, thoroughfare or other public place
within this City, or who shall, without lawful authority, open or
uncover any public or private sewer or any part thereof for any purpose
whatsoever shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation.
B. Any
person who shall obstruct or close any watercourse, sewer, natural
course of drainage or outlet for water within the corporate limits
of this City shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation.
A person commits the offense of trespass of a school bus if
he/she knowingly and unlawfully enters any part of or unlawfully operates
any school bus.
A person commits the offense of reckless burning or exploding
when he/she knowingly starts a fire or causes an explosion and thereby
recklessly damages or destroys a building or an inhabitable structure
of another.
A person commits the offense of negligent burning or exploding
when he/she with criminal negligence causes damage to property of
another by fire or explosion.

Any person or persons who shall stick, paint, brand, mark, stamp, nail, tack or hang any sign or advertisement upon any electric pole or telephone pole, or any pole or post located on City property shall be guilty of an ordinance violation and shall be fined as set forth in Section
100.220 of this Code.
