Any person who shall dive or jump into or otherwise
enter the water from any bridge, bridge abutment, overpass or other
spanning structure, or who shall give the indication of intending
to dive, jump or otherwise enter the water from any bridge, bridge
abutment or other spanning structure, within the Town shall be deemed
guilty of an offense.
Any person bathing in any of the waters within
the Town shall wear a bathing suit which will decently cover the person.

Any person who violates any of the provisions
of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
All written permits for use of park facilities
may be obtained from the Recreation Director or an authorized representative
of the Recreation Department.

A. No person
shall bring into a public park any animal unless it is under control
at all times on a leash of not more than six feet in length, nor shall
any animal be left unattended in any motor vehicle.
B. Horseback
riding is prohibited in all Town park and recreation areas. Horses
must be led on foot through park facilities.
C. All animals,
be they leashed or not, are banned from all Town beaches (Briar Point
and Breezy Lake) from May 1 through September 30 of each year.
D. At all
times of the year, those in control of said animals are required to
clean up after their animals. Persons must have the means to clean
up after said animals and may be required to show proof of same when
requested by park or police personnel.
E. Any violation
of this section shall result in a fine of $25 for a first offense
and $50 for second and subsequent offenses. On second and subsequent
offenses, $25 of said fine shall be paid over to the Recreation Department
for use in its dog park and the balance shall be paid to the General
Fund of the Town.
