§ 500-1 Statutory provisions adopted.

The provisions of § 62.23(6), Wis. Stats., concerning official maps are adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter as though set forth in full.

§ 500-2 Official Map adopted. [1]

The Official Map of the City of Fox Lake, dated 1938, including all amendments thereto, is adopted by reference and incorporated herein as though set forth in full. A copy of such Official Map shall be on file in the office of the City Clerk.

§ 500-3 Filing with Register of Deeds. [1]

The City Clerk shall file with the Register of Deeds for Dodge County a certificate showing such Official Map has been established and shall attach thereto copies of such map and this chapter.
