A. The Soccer
Recreation Program will be run by the Southwest Missouri Soccer Club,
with the approval by the Mayor and the Board of Aldermen.
B. Duties.
1. The
Southwest Missouri Soccer Club shall provide the Mayor and Board of
Aldermen with a copy of their Constitution, bylaws, and league rules.
2. It shall
be the duty of the President of the Southwest Missouri Soccer Club
to provide the City Clerk a copy of the minutes of the regular meetings
of the club.
C. The Southwest
Missouri Soccer Club shall:
1. Administer
and oversee the Youth Soccer Recreation Program.
2. Maintain
a detailed accounting of revenues and expenses and provide a copy
of such accounting to the Board of Aldermen at the first (1st) regular
meeting of the Board of Aldermen in the months of April and October
of each year.
3. Select
a member from the Board of Directors, Southwest Missouri Soccer Club
to interface with the Mayor and Board of Aldermen on matters requiring
Board of Aldermen approval.
4. Make
recommendations to the Board of Aldermen regarding additions and/or
changes in the Soccer Recreation Program.
