Section 110.120 Open and Public Meetings.

A. The general public is invited and permitted to attend all open regular and special meetings of the Board of Aldermen.

B. The City Clerk, upon passage of this ordinance (July 14, 2008), shall cause notice of the time prescribed for the regular meetings of the Board of Aldermen to appear in at least one (1) publication of general circulation in the City.
