A certain portion of the Township is hereby constituted a separate sewer district, to be known as "Sewer District No. 1," and the location, area and boundaries of the said sewer district are as follows: Beginning at a point in the centerline of Providence Road south of Sandy Bank Road, a corner of Media Borough; thence east and south along the Media Borough line to the center line of State Road; thence east along State Road to Overhill Road; thence along the center line of Overhill Road north to a point midway between State Road and Summit Road; thence east and parallel to Summit Road to the east side of Robin Road; thence north along the east side of Robin Road to a point, the rear of lots fronting on the south side of Valley View Road; thence northeast and north and parallel to Valley View Road to a point 100 feet more or less north of Sandy Bank Road; thence southwest and parallel to Sandy Bank Road to a point in Second Avenue; thence north along Second Avenue to Maple Avenue; thence west along Maple Avenue and crossing Providence Road to a point 150 feet west of Providence Road; thence south and parallel with Providence Road to the Media Borough line; thence northeast along the Media Borough line to the first-mentioned point or place of beginning.

It shall be unlawful for any owner of a property connecting with the said sewer to make any attachment thereto to the house drainage system or to any cellar drain, whereby rainwater or surface or subsoil water may be permitted to pass into said sewer.

Whenever any person in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter has been notified by the Township that he or she is violating any of the provisions of this chapter, a separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which the violation occurs or continues after such notification.
