There is hereby created the office of Chief of Police to be
appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the Board of Aldermen.
The Chief of Police shall be twenty-one (21) years of age and shall
be required to perform all duties required of the Marshal by law as
well as such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
