All moneys paid for off-duty details of members of the Police
Department shall be paid to the Town and shall be deposited in the
treasury, shall be kept in a separate fund or other property, and
shall be expended without further appropriation, at the direction
of the Chief of Police, for the purpose of paying the Town's police
officers for such off-duty work details.
