A.Â
Words and phrases. Whenever any words and phrases are used in this
Chapter, the meaning respectively ascribed to them in Subtitle 1 of
Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of the State of New Jersey shall
be deemed to apply to such words and phrases used herein.
B.Â
OMNIBUS (BUS)
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
All motor vehicles used for the transportation of passengers
for hire and commuter vans and vehicles used in ride-sharing arrangements
and school buses if the same are not otherwise used in the transportation
of passengers for hire.
Whenever certain hours are named in this Chapter, they shall
mean either Eastern Standard Time or Eastern Daylight Savings Time
as may be in current use. [New]
