The restrictions set forth in this article shall apply to the municipal parking lot that is adjacent to the Borough of Edgewater Historic Borough Hall located at 916 River Road, Edgewater, New Jersey, hereinafter referred to as the "Historic Borough Hall Parking Lot."
Parking is permitted in the Historic Borough Hall Parking Lot only for employees of the Borough of Edgewater who work at Historic Borough Hall and for other individuals conducting business at Historic Borough Hall. Parking in this lot for all other purposes is expressly prohibited.
A. 
The following shall be deemed violations of this article:
(1) 
The parking of any vehicle in the Historic Borough Hall Parking Lot for purposes other than those expressly permitted by this article.
(2) 
Any other noncompliance with the provisions of this article.
B. 
Every person who is found to violate any of the provisions of this article shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty, for each separate offense or violation.
This article shall be enforced by the Police Department of the Borough of Edgewater.
