If any bill for municipal sewer or municipal water charges remains
unpaid after the due date duly established by the Select Board members,
interest at the rate of 14% per annum shall be paid on the unpaid
amount. Such interest shall be computed from said due date or the
date which is 30 days after the date on which such municipal sewer
or water bill was mailed by the Town, whichever is later.
