The following rates shall apply for camping in Shadow Rock Park:
A. 
Spaces with water, sewer, and electric service: eighteen dollars ($18.00) per day; fifteen dollars ($15.00) per day for persons over 62 years old.
B. 
Spaces with water and electric service: fourteen dollars ($14.00) per day; seven dollars ($7.00) per day for persons over 62 years old.
C. 
Spaces for tents, no electric service: twelve dollars ($12.00) per day; six dollars ($6.00) per day for persons over 62 years old.

Dogs, cats, stock, poultry, or any other domestic animals are not permitted to range within the park at any time. Pets are permitted only when on leash. Owners of animals will comply with Chapter 210 of this Code.

Firecrackers or fireworks are absolutely prohibited at all times.

Fires may be built only in the ovens, stoves or rings provided by the City Park, and must be extinguished before leaving the area. Fires may be prohibited entirely by the posting of special signs.

Flowers, trees and shrubs and other flora growing on land or in the water within the Park shall not be cut, picked, defaced or injured in any manner at any time, nor shall any rocks, stones or other native metal be broken off, or carried away at any time.

No digging is permitted by any persons.

Speed limit not in excess of fifteen (15) miles per hour for any vehicle.

No person shall catch, kill or take any wildlife in any manner, or in any quantity or at any time or place. Fishing is permitted by the rules and regulations of the Missouri Conservation Commission. The possession of firearms or bows and arrows are prohibited.

Fish may not be cleaned in the camping area at Shadow Rock Park. Fish offal may not be thrown in the swimming area of Swan Creek, but may be disposed of in the main lake out of the swimming area. Any fish offal not disposed of in the water must be sealed in a plastic bag and disposed of in the dumpster.

Solicitation of any business or service is prohibited. No person is permitted to offer or advertise merchandise or any other goods for sale or hire, or to maintain any concession or use any park facilities, buildings, trails, roads or other property for commercial purposes, except by written permission of the Park Board.

Swimming is permitted only at swimmer's risk.

Waste paper, contamination, tin cans, and rubbish of any kind shall be deposited in containers provided for that purpose. Rocks or other articles shall not be thrown into springs, pools or streams. Contaminating or polluting any stream is prohibited. Trash and garbage are not permitted around campsites.

Excessive use of alcoholic beverages is in violation of City ordinances and anyone violating the ordinance shall be subject to prosecution. Excessive use of alcohol, use of drugs, offensive language, lewd behavior, fighting or other acts that disturb the peace of other campers is prohibited and shall constitute grounds for immediate removal from the park and/or campground.

10:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. daily is designated as "Quiet Time" in the campground. No cruising, loitering, loud parties, or other activities that might disturb other campers will be permitted.

One (1) tent, and/or camper or motor home is permitted per family at the posted price. If more than one (1) tent is desired the posted price will be paid for each tent erected, and/or camper or motor home.

Two adults and minor children will be considered as one "family". Any additional families or vehicles remaining at the campsite overnight will be required to pay a camping fee whether or not a tent is erected.

Children under the age of twelve (12) will not be left in the park or campground without supervision.

Special rules may be promulgated by the Park Board and shall be effective when posted within such park.

Any person violating any rule or regulation of this Chapter shall upon conviction be punished as set out in Section 100.050 of this Code.

A. 
No person camping or staying in the Shadow Rock Park Campground or present in Shadow Rock Park shall disturb the peace, fight, cause alarm to others, illegally possess alcoholic beverages, consume excessive amounts of alcoholic beverages, create a loud noise, use offensive or vulgar language, use or possess illegal drugs, and/or violate any City ordinance or state law.
B. 
Any person camping or staying in the Shadow Rock Park Campground or present in Shadow Rock Park may be ordered to leave or vacate immediately, and to remove all items of personal property from the campground or park by any City Park Attendant, City Park Supervisor, police officer or their respective designees.
C. 
Any person who is ordered to do so by any City Park Attendant, City Park Supervisor, police officer or their respective designees, shall immediately leave or vacate the campground or park, and shall immediately remove all items of personal property, except for items of personal property taken or confiscated by a City Park Attendant, City Park Supervisor, police officer, or their respective designees.
D. 
Violation of this Section shall be punishable by a fine of up to one hundred dollars ($100.00) and a sentence of up to ten (10) days in jail.

A. 
No person may operate, drive or park any motorized vehicle on any portion of the grass, playground, basketball court, tennis court or other non-designated area in Shadow Rock Park. This ordinance shall not apply to emergency vehicles, utility company vehicles or governmental-owned vehicles under emergency or authorized circumstances.
B. 
Violation of this Section is a misdemeanor and is punishable by a fine of up to one hundred dollars ($100.00) and/or up to ten (10) days in jail.
