The Board of Aldermen, pursuant to the authority of Section
89.080, shall appoint a Board of Adjustment, which shall consist of
five (5) members, who shall be freeholders of the City of Forsyth
in Taney County, Missouri. The membership of the Board so appointed
shall serve respectively, one (1) for one (1) year, one (1) for two
(2) years, one (1) for three (3) years, one (1) for four (4) years,
and one (1) for five (5) years. Thereafter members shall be appointed
for a term of five (5) years each.

Any or all members of said Board of Adjustment shall be removable
for cause upon written charges being filed against said member or
members and after a public hearing.

Filling of vacancies occurring in said Board of Adjustment by
resignation or the removal of any member for the unexpired term of
any member or members, whose term may have become vacant shall be
made by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Forsyth, Missouri.

The Board of Adjustment so appointed shall elect its own Chairman,
who shall serve for a period of one (1) year.

The Board of Adjustment shall meet at any meeting called by
the Chairman and may determine any and all matters coming before said
Board of Adjustment and coming within the authority of Sections 89.080,
89.090, 89.100 and 89.110 R.S.Mo., (1959).

Any and all matters which may come before said Board of Adjustment
for adjustments and recommendations after the Board has had a hearing
on said matter and has made its findings, such findings shall be forwarded
in writing to the Board of Aldermen of the City of Forsyth, for their
action and determination.
