No person or persons shall dig into, tear up or drive upon the sodded turf of the grass greens of the municipal golf courses, nor shall any person or persons drive upon the fairways of the municipal golf course except in motorized or self-propelled golf cars or carts as may be approved by the Golf Course Committee.

A. 
Green fees at the Neosho Municipal Golf Course are as follows:
1. 
Green Fees Generally. The green fees shall be seventeen dollars ($17.00) per player per eighteen (18) holes on weekdays and twenty dollars ($20.00) per player per eighteen (18) holes on weekends and holidays. The green fees shall be eleven dollars ($11.00) per player per nine (9) holes on weekdays and thirteen dollars ($13.00) per player per nine (9) on weekends and holidays.
2. 
Green Fees For Senior Citizens (ages sixty (60) and over). The green fees for senior citizens shall be thirty dollars ($30.00) per player per eighteen (18) holes with cart on weekdays and thirty-three dollars ($33.00) per player per eighteen (18) holes with cart on weekends. The green fees for senior citizens shall also be the green fees for active military and veterans.
3. 
Green Fees For College Students (ages nineteen (19) — twenty-two(22)). The green fees for college students shall be ten dollars ($10.00) per player per eighteen (18) holes without cart. College Student I.D. is required. Qualifications for participation shall be set by the Director of the Parks and Recreation Department.

Green Fees For Juniors (ages sixteen (16) — eighteen (18)). The green fees for juniors shall be five dollars ($5.00) per player per eighteen (18) holes without cart. Qualifications for participation shall be set by the Director of the Parks and Recreation Department.

Green Fees For Youth Golf Association. The green fees for Youth Golf Association members shall be zero dollars ($0.00) per player per eighteen (18) holes without a cart.
6. 
Green Fees For Children (ages fifteen (15) and under). The green fees for children shall be zero dollars ($0.00). Children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
7. 
Twilight Green Fee. The twilight green fee shall be twenty-two dollars ($22.00) on weekdays and twenty-five dollars ($25.00) on weekends and includes one (1) cart. The twilight time shall be set by the Director of the Parks and Recreation Department.
8. 
Green Fees For Tournaments. The green fees for a half-day (1/2) shot-gun start tournament shall be the greater of two thousand eight hundred dollars ($2,800.00) or twenty-seven dollars ($27.00) per person per eighteen (18) holes with cart use except on weekends and holidays, when the green fees for tournaments shall be the greater of two thousand eight hundred dollars ($2,800.00) or thirty dollars ($30.00) per person per eighteen (18) holes with cart use. The Women's, and Senior Golf Associations may hold one (1) tournament each year for green fees of sixteen dollars ($16.00) per person per eighteen (18) holes with cart use, excluding any entry fee, for each eighteen (18) holes of tournament play. The use of the Golf Pro Shop Room is free during tournament play but will require an additional one hundred dollar ($100.00) deposit and signing a room rental agreement.

Green Fees For City Of Neosho Employees. As a benefit of employment, current City of Neosho full-time employees, part-time City of Neosho employees, that work an average of twenty-five (25) hours a week, and retired City of Neosho employees with at least five (5) years of service may play with cart for free.
10. 
Golf Cart Rental Fees. The golf cart rental fees shall be nine dollars ($9.00) per nine (9) holes and eighteen dollars ($18.00) per eighteen (18) holes. Any person operating a golf cart at the Neosho Municipal Golf Course must have a valid driver's license. Unless otherwise permitted, no privately owned powered golf cart will be permitted for use at the Neosho Municipal Golf Course. Except that any physically handicapped person may utilize a powered golf cart that has been modified or constructed so as to be accessible. The term "physically handicapped," as employed in this Subsection shall include any of the disabilities as described in Sections 301.142.1 and 301.071, RSMo., as may be amended from time to time.
11. 
Trail Fee. The trail fee shall be eleven dollars ($11.00) per day.
B. 
Package fees at the Neosho Municipal Golf Course are as follows:
1. 
The package fee for ten (10) rounds of 18-hole golf shall be one hundred sixty dollars ($160.00). The package fee for cart use on ten (10) rounds of 18-hole golf shall be one hundred seventy dollars ($170.00). The package must be used within one (1) year of purchase.
2. 
The package fee for twenty-five (25) rounds of 18-hole golf shall be three hundred eighty dollars ($380.00). The package fee for cart use on twenty-five (25) rounds of 18-hole golf shall be four hundred five dollars ($405.00). The package must be used within one (1) year of purchase.
3. 
The package fee for thirty (30) rounds of 18-hole golf shall be four hundred sixty dollars ($460.00). The package fee for cart use on thirty (30) rounds of 18-hole golf shall be four hundred eighty-six dollars ($486.00). The package must be used within one (1) year of purchase.
4. 
The package fee for seniors, active military and veterans for ten (10) rounds of 18-hole golf (golf cart included) shall be two hundred fifty-five dollars ($255.00). This package must be used within one (1) year of purchase.
5. 
The package fee for seniors, active military and veterans for twenty-five (25) rounds of 18-hole golf (golf cart included) shall be six hundred forty dollars ($640.00). This package must be used within one (1) year of purchase.
6. 
The package fee for seniors, active military and veterans for thirty (30) rounds of 18-hole golf (golf cart included) shall be seven hundred sixty-five dollars ($765.00). This package must be used within one (1) year of purchase.
C. 
Annual Passes.

1. 
The single annual pass fee shall be six hundred eighty-five dollars ($685.00) per person per year. A single annual pass with unlimited cart use fee shall be one thousand our hundred forty dollars ($1,440.00) per person per year.
2. 
A family annual pass (up to four (4) individuals) fee shall be one thousand five hundred forty-five dollars ($1,545.00) per family per year. A family annual pass with one (1) unlimited cart use fee shall be one thousand seven hundred sixty dollars ($1,760.00). A family annual pass with two (2) unlimited cart use fee shall be two thousand four hundred fifty dollars ($2,450.00). For purposes of this Section "family" is defined as a maximum of two (2) adults and dependent children residing at one (1) residence. "Dependent" has the same meaning as "dependent" under Federal Income Tax Law. A person shall not be considered a dependent under this Section unless the person was claimed as a dependent on their Federal Income Tax Filing for the most recent tax reporting period.
3. 
Senior citizen single annual pass fee shall be five hundred eighty-five dollars ($585.00) per person per year. A senior citizen annual pass with unlimited cart use fee shall be one thousand two hundred twenty-five dollars ($1,225.00) per person per year. The season pass for senior citizens shall also be the season pass for active military and veterans.
4. 
A college student (ages nineteen (19) — twenty-two (22)) annual pass fee shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00) per person per year. Qualifications for participation shall be set by the Golf Course Manager.
5. 
A junior (ages sixteen (16) — eighteen (18)) annual pass fee shall be one hundred forty dollars ($140.00) per person per year. Qualifications for participation shall be set by the Director of the Parks and Recreation Department.
6. 
A twilight annual pass fee shall be three hundred dollars ($300.00) per person per year. A twilight annual pass with one (1) unlimited cart use fee shall be six hundred dollars ($600.00).
7. 
A trail annual pass shall be three hundred thirty dollars ($330.00) per person per year.
8. 
All annual passes are non-transferable, are restricted to purchase name holder, and are not valid during tournament play. Payment for annual passes are due in full at time of purchase. Annual passes are renewable April 1st of each year. Annual passes purchased after April 1st will be prorated to be renewable April 1st.
D. 
Pro Shop Community Room Rental.

1. 
The Pro Shop Community Room may be rented for twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per hour. Additionally, a one hundred dollar ($100.00) deposit must be paid. All fees must be paid in advance, no later than the time that the rental agreement is signed. City employees may rent the Pro Shop Community Room for fifty percent (50%) of the cost of the rental fee but must still pay the one hundred dollar ($100.00) deposit. The Women's and Senior Golf Associations may use the Pro Shop Community Room at no charge; however, any such use will be subordinate to paying users. If the Pro Shop Community Room is rented after hours, then the rental fee will increase to fifty-five dollars ($55.00) per hour in order for a City employee to be present.
