No more than one (1) license to sell used automobiles shall
be granted for every two thousand five hundred (2,500) inhabitants
of the City, or fractional part thereof.

No more than one (1) license to repair, fabricate, paint, alter
or otherwise work on vehicle bodies of any and all types may be granted
for every two thousand five hundred (2,500) inhabitants of the City,
or any fractional part thereof.

No more than one (1) license to repair vehicles (other than provided for in Section 610.110) may be granted for every one thousand one hundred (1,100) inhabitants of the City, or any fractional part thereof.
