With the passage of this article, the Town has adopted the International Property Maintenance Code, latest edition, with the exception of Chapter 111 (Means of Appeal). Appeals relative to the interpretation and enforcement of this article shall be sought in accordance with Chapter 340, Article VIII (Board of Appeals Procedure), of the Town Code.
