There is hereby adopted Flood Damage Prevention Standards in
compliance with the National Flood Insurance Program regulations as
published in the Federal Register, Volume 41, Number 20, dated October
26, 1976; said Standards being attached to this Chapter and being
on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of LaGrange, Missouri,
and being incorporated into the terms of this Chapter by reference
and said Standards shall become effective as of October 26, 1976.

That any violation of the terms of the Flood Damage Prevention
Standards hereby adopted shall be a violation of this Chapter, shall
be an ordinance violation, and upon conviction shall be punishable
by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisonment
for no more than ninety (90) days, or both, and each day of such violation
shall be considered a separate offense.
